Arise, my Love
“Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.
2 See, darkness covers the earth
and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but the Lord rises upon you
and his glory appears over you.
3 Nations will come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
This is the word of the Lord from Isaiah 60:1-3. Thanks be to God sweet sisters! I am so encouraged today as it is Sunday and I had a sweet Sabbath so far. How about you? Wherever this day finds you I pray it is fruitful and that you are blessed. It may not be a Sabbath for you so I pray that in the midst of this potentially busy day that you find rest in Him and ultimately a sense of contentment.
Sisters, we must look to the light and RUN into His arms. The Lord is calling us to ARISE in our inner woman and to follow hard after Him. We need to call on His strength even when we are week by praying and fasting. I started a 40 day fast and prayer for my husband on the 1st of this month and I would love for you to join me. I am sitting at the Lords feet each morning and prayer walking it out awaiting His answer.
Today Jesus and I are at home resting and basking in him. Surprisingly, there is no food involved! I am sitting with this scripture and having my heart be in a place of surrender. I want us to evaluate and ask our soul a few vital questions today. Are we surrendered to His good and perfect will? Are we running into His marvelous light? He offers us such an amazing opportunity to be fully in His presence if only we would take that opportunity and live it out. I want us to spend some time praying for our husbands and that he too would Arise in his inner and feel the depth, width, breadth and height of Abba’s love. Let us pray!
Dear Jesus! Thank you for my future husband. Thank you that you call him to arise in his inner man. Thank you that you call us both into your marvelous light. I love you so much Lord and I love your presence. I desire that might husband and I both run to you in all circumstances. I pray for him that his spirit and yoke would be easy and his burden be light. That is how you operate…..yoke easy, burden light and I desire we both be immersed in that. No yoke of slavery anymore. Just your light and peace. I thank you Lord and pray these things in Jesus name, Amen.
