The Inner Voice of Love
Have you ever felt your heart swell with joy because of the love of the Father? I had one of those experiences yesterday while walking the Ravenel Bridge. The Holy Spirit’s presence hovering over my dear prayer partner and I was thick. I could feel Him in the sky, the waters, His beauty emanating all around us. After a few moments of looking at the sky and seeing angel wings, I felt Him speak, “I am renewing your youth like the eagles.” This word is from Isaiah 40:31 and says, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ” Amen? This is a good word sisters.
The inner voice of love says, I am enough. It says, I am self-assured in God and my identity is secure in Him. Are you confident of who you belong to and your identity today? If not, I want to offer you an experience. Let us turn to the Father and ask for Him to heal our broken images of ourself. Father, restore us to the joy and love of our salvation.
So many of us have experienced broken relationships, a loss of hope, a diminishing self-esteem, etc. and we need to be renewed like the eagles TODAY. Would you join me in praying for this for us and our future husbands? Today is about hope and prayer. We commune with the Father and He will faithfully answer us.
Dear Jesus. Today I crave and yearn to connect with you. Thank you for the inner voice of love that is going to swell up in my heart. I bring my brokenness before you and confess that I have had some fear about bringing it all to your altar. I know in you is the safest place for me and the best idea for me to experience complete freedom. I pray for my sweet husband this morning and am confident that you are healing his heart, mind and spirit as we speak. You are crafting him just for me and your good purposes. Father, would you deliver me from all of the resounding sadness that looms from broken relationships and previous sins. I know I am free, but sometimes I hold onto guilt and shame. I am so infinitely loved by you and I am thankful! Please bless my husband today and lead us together in your perfect timing. I also ask that you would be in his thought life. Keep him pure for us Jesus. Keep me pure for him Lord. You and then he are my desire and I want to honor you above all else. Thank you for this day. I surrender all now and surrender to the sweet inner voice of love that heals me. In Jesus name, Amen!
